Watering Minds Background

Watering Minds has been set up, as it has always been my ambition to have my own training and facilitation company. Nothing makes me happier then seeing those 'light bulb' moments in others.

I have spent the last 19 years working in the Civil Service, many of this designing and delivering training to civilians and military.  I'm annoyingly enthusiastic about learning on an individual and team basis.  

I enjoy what I do immensely, and believe this comes through when I facilitate training sessions.
